WHAT YOU CAN GET DONE AT THIS EVENT

1. Tuberculosis clearance assistance

• All school volunteers need a completed TB risk assessment form signed by a medical professional 
• Stop by for live guidance on how to complete this requirement locally for free!
• Blank forms will be available on-site
• Just show up – no appointment required
  

2. Get fingerprinted once and you’re done!

• LiveScan fingerprinting for district required ONE TIME for volunteers who will be alone with students (field trip chaperones, Lunch Bunch)
• Discounted fee of $77 payable directly to vendor at event via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check
• Bring: Valid ID or passport, completed “applicant information” portion of form
