Girls Who Code 💻
Program Overview: Girls Who Code Clubs are a fantastic free after-school program designed to empower 4th and 5th-grade girls to learn foundational computer science skills in a supportive environment. The girls will learn to code through fun online tutorials and activities, fostering a "sisterhood of supportive peers."
Instructor: The club will be run by Tejal Desai, a mom with over 15 years of software engineering experience and a passion for increasing women in engineering. She's also involved with similar efforts at other schools and organizations.
Grades: 4th & 5th Grade Girls
Day & Time: Thursdays, 2:55 PM - 3:55 PM
