As a result of the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan, the San Mateo-Foster City School District (SMFCSD) established the LGBTQ+ Inclusion Task Force. Now entering its third year, the Task Force continues to evolve under the leadership of Israel Cruz, the LGBTQ+ Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA)
